The role of Sales Associate can provide you with:

A typical day for a Sales Associate will include the following responsibilities:

Requires flexibility to work in other locations as needed throughout the region.
Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Assists customers in locating and purchasing merchandise in our store, online, and processing special orders by phone or in person.

Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
"Go the extra mile" to drive sales
Ensure the showroom is presentable and clean
Actively seek out customers in store
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Cross sell products
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Network within the local community
Attend training sessions to learn more information about the products sold

There are a few skills and requirements you should have to be successful

You have 1-3+ years of inside sales experience
You have previous retail or customer service experience
You can lift/push/pull 80lbs
You earned a college degree
You can pass a background, driving, and drug testing check.

Salary $16.25 plus commissions and spiffs
