Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years LTC Experience – Required
• Active Hawaii LPN License Required by Start Date
  (If not currently licensed in HI, candidate must apply immediately upon offer acceptance)
• BLS/BCLS – Required
• Must be able to arrive the Thursday before start date for Friday Employee Health appointment
