We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our content marketing initiatives and drive organic growth through strategic content development.

**Salary and Benefits**
The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans, as well as paid time off and holidays.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of high-impact content anchors, such as quarterly surveys, to support traffic diversification goals. You will also refine and optimize existing content, ensuring alignment with traffic and engagement objectives. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement by managing high-value opportunities for editorial content, prioritizing team efforts based on impact vs. effort analysis.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in content marketing or a related field. You will also need proven ability to oversee content production, manage editorial calendars, and drive organic growth through content marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will need proficiency in SEO software, content management systems, and project management platforms like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz, Asana, Hubspot, and CRM tools.
