Packer/Palletizer

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and efficient Packer/Palletizer to join our shipping department. This full-time position is for 1st shift hours, working from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

• Strong attention to detail with ability to work quickly with minimal error
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assist in packing and preparing pallets for shipment, achieving optimal efficiencies and cost savings

The ideal candidate will have strong basic math skills, including the ability to read a ruler. They must also possess excellent communication skills, reading writing comprehension instructions correspondence memos. Basic computer skills, especially in shipping receiving experience preferred.
A willingness collaborate effectively within team environment essential along lifting capacity up fifty pounds acting backup shipping tasks when necessary while demonstrating utmost integrity honesty responsibility passion innovation excellence customer service listening understanding action criteria change construction through innovative practices results based decision making focused delivery.
