- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate degree in healthcare, business, education or related field is preferred.
- Three (3) years of office, educational, or healthcare administration experience is required.
- Strong ability to coordinate schedules, prioritize heavy workload and maintain an organized work environment is required.
- Effective written and oral communication skills are required.
- Excellent working knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook is required. Working knowledge of resident scheduling and tracking software such as AMION and/or New Innovations is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information (including both learner and patient information) with absolute confidentiality is required.
- Knowledge of Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) rules and regulations is required within six (6) months of hire.

Reporting to the Director Graduate Medical Education Prog*, GME-Administration, this position is responsible to provide for the administration, support and coordination of the accredited/non-accredited specialty-specific medical residency/fellowship/medical student training programs.
