Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Director of Rehabilitation to join our in-house team of exceptional professionals.As a Director of Rehabilitation you will manage the rehabilitation program for your facility or designated locations. Coordinate staffing levels and patient care to meet both clinical and operational needs. Provide ongoing communication and updates to patients, clients, and team members.
The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist with previous leadership experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting. Strong organizational skills are necessary as well as the ability to lead dynamic therapy teams while delivering high-quality patient care.
