Description

Collaborate with BAs and SME lead. Provide guidance on TFS setup and processes.

Develop a testing framework that details the plan, strategy, scope, process, and depth of testing at each software release cycle and how results will be shared.

Defect triage meetings to facilitate classification of defects and cross functional communication with various responsible parties. Work with Vendor and PM Team to maintain continuity on testing processes, tools, and status reports. Define KPIs to monitor and track quality assurance efforts and outcomes.

Provide guidance on tests to be performed including, but not limited to, features, browsers, performance measures, usability, system load scalability, security testing, language and accessibility, platform, and branding requirements.

Participate in product change request processes. Participate in Triage meetings for defect management and reporting. Test execution and transition to next release.

Maintain test plan and activities rolling up to the Master Project Schedule, aligning test activities with the overall project milestones.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar and 5+ years of experience

Experience in QA testing of software projects

Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)

Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation of testing frameworks, and defect and feature evaluation/prioritization

Experience with executing various test levels such as; SIT, Performance, UAT, Regression, or Model Office

SharePoint experience required

Excellent written and verbal communications skills
