Description

Insight Global is seeking a Proposal Manager for a small federal client of ours to work onsite in Charleston, SC, McLean, VA, or Norfolk, VA.

This individual will support all east coast proposals and capture projects, including writing capability matrixs, requisitions for their recruiting team, tracking NDA and TA updates in SharePoint, and overseeing the whole proposal process.

The day to day includes:

Develop and maintain all documents and databases used in the Business Development department
Maintain document control and status of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Capability Matrices, Waterfall reports, etc.
Manage corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Interface with internal departments and teaming partners throughout the capture and solicitation process to coordinate documenting strategies, approaches, and deliverables
Assist with all pre-proposal preparation and capture activities, including research into current contract efforts utilizing resources such as Long-Range Acquisition Forecasts (LRAFs), FPDS-NG, FOIA Requests, Unanet, GovWin, and SAM. gov
Build capability matrix based on a Performance Work Statement (PWS) or Statement of Work (SOW)
Assist with 100% on-time delivery of compliant proposals on all assigned opportunities
Coordinate with proposal teams to establish and execute capture and proposal strategy

Clearable US Citizen

Ability to work onsite
5+ years of proposal management experience
Strong organizational management skills and attention to detail
Flexible to work a schedule that may include evenings and weekends, as required during proposal writing
Experience and proficiency with proposal processes, ideally The Shipley Proposal Process
