    Job DescriptionFantastic opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish Discovery Clerk. In this position, you will prepare written responses to civil pre-trial discovery for asbestos and/or silicosis personal injury cases. Special Interrogatories; Requests for Production of Documents; Requests for Admission; and Judicial Council Form Interrogatories. Prepare written evaluations with recommendations to supervising attorney and partners based on research of the case and knowledge of the defendant. Read through volumes of deposition testimony and various other documents to obtain and analyze relevant information needed for discovery responses Draft meet and confer correspondence letters and electronic communications to opposing counsel. Contact clients by phone or electronic communication to interview them regarding asbestos exposure due to specific entities/defendants. Ideal candidate will have a BA Degree and some legal experience. Must be fully Bilingual Spanish, read, write and speak. Position will be remote, but must live in the immediate SF Bay area and available for onsite training in Novato the first day.
