Description

(VRI), an Industry Leader in Facilities Management, (providing maintenance, housekeeping, dietary, security, grounds keeping, & other services), celebrating 28 years in operation, (still family-owned & operated), is actively recruiting for an hourly, non-exempt, full-time Facilities Maintenance Part/Purchasing/Inventory Clerk to assist and support our team with maintenance parts, ordering and delivering activities, (purchasing/invoicing/researching), inventory, and work orders, as well as other task/projects at our Client facility, on far west side of San Antonio, Texas.

The clerk will order and receive/issues parts and supplies and organize and maintains inventory records for all parts stock, ensuring the stock level does not fall below minimum levels.

This position also maintains a computer database of all part numbers and enters information such as manufacturer, will communicate with suppliers and maintenance departments regarding order status, delivery times and shipping information.
