    Come be a part of NBCUniversalEnterprise Cyber Security (NBCU ECS) and accelerate oursecurity engineering by building systems, tools, and processes for critical security systems using modern development and cloud development techniques


    This role is a part of the Cyber Security Core Cloud Engineering team [Enterprise Cyber Security's Platform Engineering Team] and reports to the Platform Security Engineering Manager.

    You will be responsible for security technology that supports the entirety of NBCU's enterprise.

    You'll actively lead in identifying key processes around the sustainability and availability of our security products, working to develop proactive approaches for support, deployment, and optimizations of security toolsets, and be regarded as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).


    Responsibilities:
    Developing cloud-based applications, micro services, APIs, and simple interfaces in a public multi-cloud environment

    Establish, sustain, and improvehighly available, secure, and scalablefoundations for core cloud-based security services

    Leverage and improvetooling for configuration management, containerization, and secrets management with a DevSecOps agile approach

    Provide documentation and resources to enableother technologists toleverage newtooling andsoftware solutions

    Utilize your extensive knowledge of APIs to design RESTful services and integrate them with existing data providers
