- Bachelors in science and/or masters in science from school of Physical Therapy: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in appropriate healthcare setting; Supervisory experience preferred.
- Current State of Florida Physical Therapy license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
