Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of relevant experience in the healthcare and insurance domain to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia Downtown. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects related to data warehouse implementation and management within the healthcare and insurance industry. Experience with Salesforce for provider management will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects related to data warehouse implementation, enhancement, and maintenance within the healthcare and insurance domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution within established constraints.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies in a proactive manner to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to executive leadership and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior project management staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within the healthcare and insurance industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale data warehouse projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce platform for provider management is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering results.
