- Oversees day to day operation of the VLT Technical Department, including labor and service management and projects.
- Suggests changes to the Senior Director of Gaming that would maximize company revenue.
- Maintaining required documentation of VLT moves, maintenance and repair logs, and purchase orders and requisitions for VLT machine parts and supplies.
- Training of Gaming Technical supervisors and technicians and occasional assistance in troubleshooting various slot machine malfunctions. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.
- Responsible for reviewing reports for malfunctions or other problems and implementing appropriate maintenance and repair lists.
- Development of staff, interviews, hiring, and evaluations.
- Meet with Departmental Directors and managers as necessary.
- Follows GuestPath Universal Service Standards, Operational Service Standards, and SERVE expectations at all times.
- Performs duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
- Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
- Maintaining a professional working relationship among all personnel.
- Knowledge of state gaming laws and regulations.
- Ability to supervise, coordinate, direct and assign work.
- Ability to develop and implement training needs for team members.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bally's Slot System
- 5 - 7 years experience in electronics and maintenance of technical equipment, game machines, or slot machines is preferred. Or a 4-year degree in related field is required.
- Valid gaming license.

Job DescriptionSUMMARY: The Gaming Technical Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the technical side of the gaming department. Verifies and maintains consistency in the compliance of state laws, regulations and company internal policies and procedures with regard to the movement and maintenance of VLT machines.
