    IT and Industrial Network Administrator

    We have an immediate need to add an IT and Industrial Network Administrator to our 16-person team. The ideal candidate will work onsite with our team in Buckner. We all work hard yet have fun at the same time Our team members are highly valued The role of the IT Administrator is tasked with managing the internal IT infrastructure of the company (10% of the time) and primarily focusing on designing, building, and maintaining industrial network systems for our clients (90% of the time). This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft environments and Cisco network technology, expertise in Rockwell Automation industrial systems, and exceptional problem-solving skills within high-performance settings.

    This position is pivotal for ensuring high operational standards are met for internal IT infrastructure and client-based industrial network systems, requiring a tech-savvy, organized, and proactive individual.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    IT Administrator Tasks (10%)

    • and optimize the companys internal Microsoft 365 setup, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and LDAP services in a hybrid Azure environment.
    • handle cybersecurity measures, including the operation and maintenance of Fortigate Firewalls.
    • systematic backups, manage disaster recovery processes, and keep all systems up to date.
    • IT issues promptly, and offer ongoing support and training to ensure company personnel can effectively use the IT infrastructure.
    • and maintain Harmony Check Point email management portal.

    Industrial Network Administrator Tasks (90%)

    • the design and implementation of industrial control systems using Rockwell Automation technology for client projects.
    • and maintain a virtualized infrastructure of Microsoft servers integrated with Cisco networking equipment and PLC connections.
    • handle the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco routers, switches, and Fortigate Firewalls in industrial environments.
    • install, and manage both copper and fiber optic network media.
    • all system configurations and modifications, ensuring comprehensive records of system performance and troubleshooting steps.
    • continuous post-installation support to clients, optimizing system performance and addressing any issues that arise.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
    • experience managing vSphere, Microsoft 365 and Azure hybrid environments, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and LDAP.
    • capability with Cisco network technologies and Fortigate Firewall systems.
    • experience with Rockwell Automation industrial systems and PLC programming.
    • in network media handling, including copper and fiber optic cables.
    • problem-solving skills, ability to manage stressful situations, and self-motivated work ethic.
    • certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Fortinet Network Security Expert.
