    Summary

    The Cloud Infrastructure & Systems Manager will oversee the design, analysis, implementation of enterprise technology including Office 365, Directory Services, Public and Private Cloud. They will manage and support Cloud hosting/ Virtualized servers, Cloud Architects, Cloud Integrations, and Data Center Infrastructure Operations. Provide management leadership and stewardship of the Cloud focusing on developing a roadmap based on established priorities and strategic technology goals.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Directs and supports software/cloud infrastructure development of a technical complex nature.
    • Develops and uses metrics to track progress of products development life cycles
    • Lead operational initiatives for Cloud Hosting Services, including Network, Storage, and Development/Tools.
    • Sets up and maintains backup and recovery hardware/software.
    • Provides administrative technical support for server (Cisco UCS, HP ProLiant) and storage hardware (NetApp, Hitachi); repair or replace defective hardware on servers as necessary; expedite repairs with outside services.
    • Assists with Tier III troubleshooting (desktop, network, application layer, etc.)
    • Maintains DNS, DHCP, Outlook mail, print, web and FTP/SFTP services for the enterprise.
    • Maintains server security features to protect confidential information while allowing appropriate access.
    • Monitors system logs and activity on all servers and storage.
    • Researches, installs, and tests software updates and patches to supported applications and various operating systems.
    • Tracking and reporting on all deployed cloud resources insuring effective use of operating resources
    • Compliance with Change Control Processes and adherence to standards and documentation
    • Team management, engagement and development
    • Defining/continual development of your team plans, complementing the wider plans as well as coordinating team specific service/technical improvement plans

    Minimum Position Requirements (including certifications, licenses, etc.):

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • At least six (6) years of directly related experience in the field or in a related area.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Knowledge of Cloud Architects, Cloud Integrators, and Network Technologists
    • Knowledge of cloud computing, storage and networking. Designing using best practices across multiple public cloud offerings (e.g., Azure and Amazon Web Services).
    • Knowledge of Cloud best practices and in line with Cloud managed services.
    • Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Mesos/Kubernetes) preferred
    • Ability to perform advanced, complex repairs and upgrades on a wide variety of computers and peripherals
    • Strong knowledge of OS (Windows / Linux) security, Database security
    • Demonstrated proficiency in network administration in large datacenter environment - DNS/DHCP, Load Balancing (F5 Networks, AWS ELB), Firewalls (Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks), IDS/IPS, IPSEC VPN)
