Job summary
We are a locally owned and operated salon seeking a professional and customer-focused front desk associate to join our salon team on a part-time basis.The main shifts needed are Tuesday - Friday and every other Saturday. With more flexibility of shifts in the future.
Qualifications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Ability to multi-task and prioritize* Customer service experience* Experience answering phones* Reliable transportation* Attention to detail* Ability to maintain composure under pressure* Positive attitudeResponsibilities
* Assisting stylists (this includes shampooing clients when needed)* Answering phones, manage messages, and scheduling appointments using salon software* Greet and check in clients, ensuring a positive first impression* Provide information on salon services and products* Process client checkouts*Job description
