    Job Overview


    As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you'll embark on a fulfilling career that blends your passion for fitness with the opportunity to empower others. With the support of dedicated managers, you'll develop a comprehensive approach to programming, education, business, and financial planning. Together, we'll redefine the science of fitness and the art of living.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • PT Business Management:
      • Build and maintain an active client base.
      • Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings.
      • Market and sell personal training programs through various channels.
      • Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.
    • Service and Hospitality:
      • Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts.
      • Enhance member experiences through personal interaction.
      • Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
      • Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during sessions.
    • Professional Development:
      • Participate in Continuing Education classes for growth and promotion.
      • Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (certification reimbursement available).
    • Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities for non-certified applicants).
    • A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed.
    • Availability to work in-person on weekdays and weekends.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Effective time management and organizational skills.
    • Basic computer and technology proficiency.
    • Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.
