Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to support customers throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
This role is ideal for an experienced service professional with a background in electronics, medical equipment repair, or laser-based technologies who enjoys working directly with customers in the field.
The Field Service Engineer will partner closely with the Regional Manager to deliver timely, high-quality service and ensure customer equipment operates at peak performance with a "zero-defect" service mindset.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering expert technical support and maintenance services on advanced laser systems.
Perform onsite corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting on medical and aesthetic laser devices
Provide technical phone support when required to assist customers and internal teams
Diagnose issues involving both analog and digital electronic circuitry
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and customer accounts
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and professional service delivery
Build strong, long-term relationships with hospital staff, clinicians, and administrators
Documentation & Reporting
Generate accurate and timely service documentation, including work orders, repair summaries, and preventive maintenance reports
Maintain clear records of services performed to support compliance and service quality standards
Regional Coverage
Support customer accounts across the Northeast / Mid-Atlantic territory
Travel regularly to customer sites, with occasional travel outside the region as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic systems maintenance, troubleshooting, or medical equipment repair
Strong understanding of electronics and circuit-level diagnostics
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently while managing service schedules and customer needs
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in:
Electronics
Electro-optics
Engineering
Related technical discipline
Experience or coursework in:
Laser technology
Optics
Electro-mechanical medical devices
Prior experience supporting medical, aesthetic, or hospital-based equipment is a strong plus
