Medical Assistant Job

This role is for a medical assistant who will assist physicians and advanced care practitioners in providing patient care. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain patient confidentiality.

1. The Medical Assistant will validate patient identifiers and prepare patients for examination.
2. They must make vital sign measurements, cleanse rooms after each use, stock supplies appropriately, draw blood samples as needed, support quality initiatives by documenting information in Epic EMR system,and communicate with providers on escalations related to multiple issues ranging from lab results requests up until completion when fully satisfied customer has been left having received utmost level satisfaction through prompt attention given during phone calls throughout entire visit duration;
