    DIRECT HIRE:
    Amazing opportunity, seeking an Account Manager to join the team for a Waste Handling/Recycling Equipment company. The Account Manager will oversee the contract and asset management activities of the company.


    Pay Rate:
    $65K - $90K (depending on experience)

    Ensuring that all accounts supported and maintained including:Contract renewals, terminations, and negotiations as requiredInternal folder document management including:Executed ContractEquipment InvoicesInstallation InvoiceSerial #sSubcontractor/Service Provider, if Out of StateCommunicating billing info to ARFollowing up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients including:Service/Repair requests, invoices, and expensesWork with service vendors on outstanding issues and resolutionsAssist with billable issuesKnowledgeable of new services and products available to clientsBuild effective relationship with the clients to support sales activities and maintain revenue targetsCoordinate with other heads of departments on all activities to ensure customer satisfactionIncorporate policies and procedures of the company into operationsAsset management and equipment allocationNew and used inventoryCompactor replacements/swap outsDisposition of assetsAsset tracking information such as serial numbers, stickers or other as neededAsset Additions/SubtractionsDepreciation scheduleProperty taxes & sales tax in new jurisdictions/municipalities with the ControllerMonitor and review project activities and ensure that they are completed within schedule and budgetMaintain customer database detailsReporting to senior management on the status of accountsMonthly reports covering# of callsreview total repair expense including by location, big ticket items, outliersReports Quarterly, Semi Annual or Annual reports including:financial datachurnp/l, etc.revenue v.
