Job summary
This position functions as an integral member of an interdisciplinary team to provide coordination of mental health services to patients with an elevated risk of self-harm.Responsibilities
- Monitors at-risk inmates as identified by the Self-Harm Prevention Office.
- Communicates relevant information including patient needs/emergencies and at-risk behavior(s) to mental health and/or medical for assessment.
