    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.
    ProCare would like to bring on an Occupational Therapist for the schoolyear The school district we are working with is in an inclusive community. You would be working with a K-12th grade caseload full time. The district prefers somebody with school-based experience, but it is open to speaking to all in the OT field Please send me your resume to be considered for this position since interviews are being conducted right now

    Job Details:
    • Onsite location near the New Berlin, Wisconsin area
    • Start in August
    • # students/sites and caseload information will be discussed more in depth with special services director during interview

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct evaluations to determine students' abilities and limitations in various functional areas.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
    • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve students' abilities to perform daily activities and participate in school-related tasks.
    • Provide ongoing assessment and monitoring of students' progress toward goals.
    • Collaborate with other members of the school team, including teachers, administrators, and parents, to ensure students receive comprehensive and coordinated services.
    • Provide education and training to school staff on strategies to support students' occupational therapy goals.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Current state license in Wisconsin
    • Experience working with school-aged children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
    • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
