Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a
Purchasing Procurement Specialist position
.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract


Start Date: Within two to three weeks.

Location: Intersect of Forbs Avenue and Hoffman Blvd in

Pay: $28.85 to $ 28.85


Length: Long Term. Potentially Temp to Hire for the right person.

Hours : 9am to 2pm, M-F. This role is hybrid and works in-office Tues/Wed/Thurs.

IMPORTANT Advanced knowledge of the program called Ariba is required. Must carry a proficiency in Excel. Advanced knowledge of other MS Office programs. Make certain your experience in Ariba is listed within your previous employment.

Responsibilities for the
Purchasing Procurement Specialist role include:

• Perform administrative reporting and customer outreach.
• Build rapport with internal customers and elevate vendor relationships.
• Manage the procure-to-pay process in an efficient, focused, and flexible manner.
• Act as single point of contact for internal customers and vendors for the procure-to-pay process.
• Create PRs, ensure approvals, liaising with vendor, managing invoicing.
• Work closely with corporate accounts payable team.

Qualifications for this
Purchasing Procurement Specialist role:

• Completed college degree in a related field.
• A minimum of four years of recent experience in administrative support.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Detail-oriented with analytical thinking skills.
• Able to keep detailed records with accurate data for reporting.
• Polished communication skills (written / verbal).
• Must have excellent attendance.

Pay Details: $28.85 per hour
