We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who knows our products to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to service our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell our products and services to existing customers
• Learn our product and offerings to assist our customers
• Service customers by providing quotes and completing orders
• Resolve customer inquiries
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Follow up to service customers requests
• Work with our product specialist to learn product offerings

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in our industry and products we distribute
• Experience in the electric motor business and customer service
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Organize work and follow through to maintain customer relationships
• Deadline and detail-oriented
