    Our client is a leading manufacturer in the Jacksonville market. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions to our customers. We are currently seeking a Controls Engineer to join our team.

    Job Description:

    As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting control systems for our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our control systems meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop control systems for manufacturing processes
    • Program PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency
    • Ensure that all control systems meet safety and quality standards
    • Provide training and support to operators and maintenance staff
    • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in control systems technology

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in controls engineering in a manufacturing setting
    • Strong knowledge of PLC programming and HMI design
    • Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs
    • Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Valid passport for international travel
