    Description

    What you will be doing:

    • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
    • Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
    • Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize rooms revenue.
    • Maintain accuracy of information/data and enhance automation efforts in reporting tools.
    • Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to operation team.
    • Perform Revenue Management month end reporting and auditing and provide forward looking information for the purposes of forecasting and strategizing.
    • Accurately generate and update all Revenue Management reports and serve as primary link for reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership.
    • Assist with system maintenance including but not limited to, inputting rates, restrictions, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasting and running daily system checks.
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks, analysis, and reporting on a needed basis to senior leadership.
    • Assist with training of new associates as necessary on revenue tools.
    • Follow department policies and procedures standards.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Your experience and skills include:

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Previous leadership experience in a similar role required
    • Dynamic can-do attitude
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
    • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
    • Presents a professional and polished appearance
    • Effectively deal with guests and other team members
    • Previous reservation experience highly preferred
    • Possessing the trait of being organized and multi-tasking
    • Ability to complete work within given deadlines
    • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
    • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
    • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all time
