- Prepare financial statements in accurate and timely manner.
- Generate general ledger entries and reconcile accounts
- Prepare custom reports for owners.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking and drive operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate with Controller on internal audits, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and industry standards.
- CPA Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance
- Experience handling multiple companies and intercompany transactions
- Experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably dental or healthcare services, is highly desirable but not required.
