The primary purpose of this position is to assist the AMXS Operations Officer in all aspects of aircraft maintenance and aircraft management. Serve as the Technical Advisor for the 22d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, providing expertise and advice on all aspects of Aircraft Maintenance. Coordinates with AMUs, MXS, MXG Plans & Scheduling, OG Current Ops, and Ops Scheduling

Duties

• Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the 22d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.
• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work. Advises staff regarding policies, procedures, and directives of higher level management or headquarters.
• Represents the 22d Aircraft Maintenance Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
• Provides expertise and advice on all aspects of Aircraft Maintenance. Serves as expert in the aircraft maintenance field.
