We are hiring a part-time sales and marketing associate to join our team at DivaDance Our ideal candidate is friendly outgoing goal-oriented and has strong communication skills They should have experience in customer service or sales ideally with basic tech knowledge We offer flexible hours free dance classes growth opportunities hourly pay plus commission for bookings/sales The successful candidate will lead sales operations book new leads ensure every client has an exceptional memorable experience from start to finish Make end-of-class announcements promote studio events capture share class content for social media Keep accurate records communicate effectively with instructors team members Maintain accurate records communicate effectively with instructors team members Be proactive organized goal-driven represent DivaDance values in every interaction Maintain accurate records communicate effectively with instructors team members Meet exceed goals trials sold bookings lead follow-up Maintain accurate records communicate effectively with instructors team members Work at our studio Tempe AZ - mostly evenings weekends Compensation $15 per class + $10 membership sold free dance classes
