Nurse Practitioner – Women's Health & Midlife Care/Perimenopause and Menopause Care

Peri & Pause | North Carolina Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity

Peri & Pause is a growing, evidence-based practice dedicated to comprehensive midlife women's healthcare. We specialize in perimenopause and menopause management, hormone therapy, metabolic health, and preventive care for women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a strong primary care foundation and meaningful experience in women's health who is passionate about advancing the standard of care for midlife women.

This is not an entry-level women's health position. We are looking for a clinician who has already begun developing competency and interest in perimenopause and menopause care and is eager to deepen that expertise within a structured, supportive environment.

About the Role

You will:

• Provide comprehensive women's health care for midlife patients
• Evaluate and manage perimenopause and menopause using current evidence-based guidelines
• Prescribe and manage hormone therapy (estradiol, progesterone, and when appropriate, testosterone)
• Address metabolic health, weight management, sleep, mood, and sexual health concerns
• Collaborate within a clinical team that prioritizes thoughtful, guideline-driven care

This role may begin part-time (approximately 2 clinical days per week) with the intent to expand as your panel grows.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina NP license
• Strong primary care experience
• Demonstrated experience in women's health
• Foundational knowledge of perimenopause and menopause management
• Familiarity with current guidelines and evolving best practices in midlife women's care and hormone therapy
• Comfort managing complex, nuanced patient presentations
• Desire to grow within a specialized midlife women's health practice
