- BA Degree in a related field (Military History, Political Science, War Studies, International Relations, National Security, Defense Studies)
- 2+ years of experience conducting military analysis
- Experience providing strong verbal presentation skills
- Experience analyzing historical and current operations to develop relevant force projection
- Ability to provide feedback on force projections and operations
- Experience researching international affairs and/or military history
- Experience working with datasets and analytic tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense, Looker)
- Ability to quickly learn new skillsets to solve challenging obstacles
- Ability to prioritize multiple work tasks, deliver material within period provided, and to ensure quality standards
