The Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to vet candidates recommended for hire by analyzing information from various application documents. The recruiter will ensure all requirements have been met and provide guidance to candidates to obtain other required certifications.

- Vet hiring packets for recommended candidates; track progress to ensure all requirements have been met and final approval is received;
- Communicate with regional HR Staff and hiring managers regarding the status of hiring packets and candidate issues;
