- Minimizing operational expenses while optimizing productivity, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Working on reducing truck turnaround time efficiently.
- Accurately monitoring waste volume and weight.
- Fostering positive community relations when necessary.
- Vigilantly addressing ongoing permit matters.
- Adhering to Waste Management's Mission to Zero standards and regulations for safe and effective operations.
- Meeting financial deadlines and corporate programs promptly.
- Supervising department personnel needs including recruitment, coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Providing input for decisions on termination, compensation, and promotions.
- Assisting in budget planning as needed.
- Ensuring landfill property cleanliness and maintenance through regular inspections and preventive maintenance initiatives.
- Participating in safety meetings and promoting employee morale, productivity, and efficiency.

Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring top-notch environmental safety and operational efficiency by overseeing day-to-day landfill operations.

Education and Experience
