    Job Description:


    Our client is Staff Accountant who can quickly adapt, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our client's finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting various accounting functions.


    Responsibilities:
    Prepare monthly journal entries and participate in month-end close processes

    Generate and analyze financial statements

    Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate any variances

    Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts

    Review inter-company transactions for accuracy

    Generate and send invoices to clients

    Assist with budget management and review

    Provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

    Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience

    Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, PeopleSoft)

    Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups

    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively

    Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities

    Strong work ethic and desire to succeed

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus


    Pay Details:
    $36.00 to $40.00 per hour
