    Salary

    Non-Independently Licensed Clinicians (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT): $49,920 - $65,000 annually at full time

    Independently Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): $54,080 - $70,000 annually at full time

    Supplemental Pay

    Job Responsibilities


    The Clinical Counselor provides counseling sessions and services to children, teens, or adult clients who are seeking guidance in navigating lifes challenges.

    The counseling services provided are intended to strengthen individuals and families by providing assistance to hurting people, and guiding them towards spiritual, emotional and behavioral healing.

    The counselor provides Christcentered counseling through the demonstration and application of Biblical truth and Christian values.

    The counselor utilizes best practices and evidence-based interventions when working with clients and is able to conduct sessions from a trauma-informed perspective.


    • Counseling: Provides counseling services to private-pay and AHCCCS clients.
    • Clinical Documentation/

    Case Management:
    Timely maintenance of confidential client files so that complete and accurate information is readily available.

    • Consultation/Training: May provide consultation or training to counseling staff and/or clients via web-based learning initiatives.
    Minimum Qualifications

    Masters degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field. Licensure or in process.

    Additional Preferred Qualifications (not required)


    Experience counseling children and/or families, experience in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches and modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CPT, CBT, Integrative Parenting, Systems Counseling, etc.


    Technology Utilized:
    We use Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook, etc.
