    The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in performing basic and complex troubleshooting and repair activities in an end-user computing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional support to high-priority clients
    • Respond to change management requests, including installing new equipment and providing deskside support
    • Perform Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities with ease
    • Deliver outstanding technical and professional services skills at all times
    • Meet customer service satisfaction levels and operational metrics as outlined in established guidelines
    • Communicate effectively with end-users and service desk personnel regarding repair status and arrival times
    • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to documented service operations policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • Maintain required OEM certifications as directed by Management
    • Possess 3+ years of experience with software and hardware systems
    • Demonstrate understanding of ITIL methodologies
    • A+ certification is highly desirable
    • Proven experience supporting manufacturing facilities is essential
    • Experience with MS Azure and MS Intune is mandatory
    • Familiarity with bar code scanning is a plus
