- Provide exceptional support to high-priority clients
- Respond to change management requests, including installing new equipment and providing deskside support
- Perform Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities with ease
- Deliver outstanding technical and professional services skills at all times
- Meet customer service satisfaction levels and operational metrics as outlined in established guidelines
- Communicate effectively with end-users and service desk personnel regarding repair status and arrival times
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to documented service operations policies and procedures
- Maintain required OEM certifications as directed by Management
- Possess 3+ years of experience with software and hardware systems
- Demonstrate understanding of ITIL methodologies
- A+ certification is highly desirable
- Proven experience supporting manufacturing facilities is essential
- Experience with MS Azure and MS Intune is mandatory
- Familiarity with bar code scanning is a plus
