Key Responsibilities:

The Carpenter Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks, including erecting and setting forms for concrete structures, foundations, buildings, and site work per specifications and drawings.

Main Tasks:

• Fabricate and assemble tilt up panels.

• Form footings, column pads and other structural concrete.

• Install and align embedded items such as anchor bolts, inserts and lifting hardware.

• Assist with layout as needed.
">
• Strip forms after panels are poured.
">
• Maintain and keep track of tools.

Requirements:

">
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
">
• Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks as needed.
">
• Knowledge of tilt up panels and the process (preferred).
">
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
">
• Able to work weekends if needed.
">
• Able to provide basic hand tools for carpentry.
">
• OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one.
