    Job Title: Technology Consultant I (AWS Cloud)
    Location: Remote
    Duration: 12+ Months

    Engagement Description:

    A major healthcare payer is seeking an experienced Technology Consultant for their Enterprise Informatics Environment. The candidate will work independently within guidelines, coordinating with third-party vendors to manage the AWS platform, software upgrades, application deployments, patch installations, security requests, and incident management. They will provide support and guidance directly within the AWS environment to all technical teams.

    Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:

    1. Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail, particularly in data integration and management.
    2. Coordination of infrastructure and platform changes with third-party vendors and managing tickets and change requests via Cherwell.
    3. Minimum three (3) years' experience in a delivery or consulting role leading Information Management-related initiatives.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Experience in Web Administration.
    • Knowledge of Kafka and Docker.
    • Knowledge of Apache and Apache Tomcat.
    • Knowledge of AWS RDS (Postgres and Redshift).
    • Responsible for submitting and coordinating changes with vendor (AIP).
    • Understanding of Information Security for data protection, governance, and security preferred.
    • Knowledge and experience in AWS cloud technologies.
    • Knowledge of Kubernetes and EKS.
    • Knowledge of DevOps, Jenkins, and Cloudbees.
    • Experience in building and managing pipelines is a plus.

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • Work with Architecture and stakeholders to understand business needs for Hardware, Software to expand the capabilities of the platform/environment.
    • Lead, create, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for AWS RDS projects.
    • Lead the implementation and administration of Apache/Tomcat web applications.
    • Lead DevOps initiatives to develop and maintain pipelines in the Informatics Environment.
    • Manage and monitor vendor processes to align with Client processes and adhere to corporate standards and policies.

    Education/Certifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
