    Full Stack Developer
    Praxis Engineering has an immediate need for a

    Full Stack Developer

    with strong back-end Java 8+ and DevOps skills.

    Support will focus on software engineering and DevOps of the National Time Sensitive System (NTSS) tool suite, which delivers critical intelligence around the world at mission speed.

    The team supporting NTSS works with cutting edge technology to manage high-volume and time-sensitive data throughput in response to Intelligence Community and world-wide partner needs.

    Support includes both sustainment of the existing tools and development of new features and functionality based on high-priority mission needs.


    What you will be doing:
    Developing distributed software
    Updating software code and fixing bugs
    Deploying applications
    Installing and configuring complex software
    Managing network servers and technology tools
    Monitoring and maintaining the system for required levels of performance
    Writing scripts to automate general system operations or DevOps activities; and troubleshooting and resolving issues and outages
    Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every six weeks

    ; 8 additional hours of work can be charged

    ).

    What you will need:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical degree from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree can be substituted for two (2) years of experience
    At least three (3) years of experience in software development/engineering
    Strong back-end Java 8+
    DevOps

    Clearance:
    Active TS/SCI with an appropriate

    polygraph

    is required to be considered for this role

    Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
    MySQL
    Kibana/Logstash
