    Duties * Identifies deviations from financial management plans, identifies trends which may have adverse financial effects, makes current and long-term projections, and analyzes costs of programs to assist in decision making.

    * Keeps informed of current developments in the functional field by attending and participating in meetings and through correspondence with counterparts in other organizations.

    Specialized experience:
    To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-02).

    1) Analyzing financial or budgetary relationships to develop recommendations for budgetary actions; 2) Developing financial policies to implement; and 3) Providing advice to staff officials on matters such as the distribution of allotment and availability of budgetary funds.
