- Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop a diverse team of employees.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards.
- Local travel to HQ office and any restaurant location as needed.

- 2+ years of experience as a shift leader, trainer, or assistant manager in the hospitality industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of corporate training program required.
- Food Handling ServSafe Certification (not required -will provide if the candidate is qualified otherwise)
- TiPS Alcohol Service Certification (not required - will provide if the candidate is qualified otherwise)
- A.S./B.S. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
- Prolonged periods sitting and working at a computer.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, or twisting.
