- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible CRNA
- Under limited supervision, performs clinical CRNA duties under the direction and supervision of the department medical director, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other attending physicians.
- CRNAs will maintain professional credentials, clinical knowledge and skills, and physical status capable of delivering safe and effective anesthesia care to all patients treated.
- The quality of anesthesia will be no less than that considered to be the standard of care by the ASA and AANA
- Adheres to the principles of Service Excellence Guiding Behaviors and the philosophy and mission of Mercy in all aspects of job performance
- Hospital-based
- Reason for coverage: staffing changes
- CRNA will be working with limited supervision
- Average # of surgical cases per day: approximately 15+ out of the department (endo, cath lab, radiology, etc)
- Trauma level 2
- OR staffed 24/7 with RN and CST
- 11 operating rooms
- Adult demographic
- Cardiothoracic experience is preferred, but will train (including PICC lines)
- Open to experienced or new grads - willing to train
- EMR: Cerner
- Organization Information:
- Base salary based on experience: 0-2 years $198,000; 2-4 years $205,000; 4+ years $228,800
