    ComForCare Home Care is currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team.     POSITION SUMMARY
    • Provides nursing services to clients in accordance with professional standards of practice and agency policy.
    • Communicates and documents observations and assessments.
    REPORTS TO: Clinical Supervisor/Director of Clinical Services

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
    • Current RN license.
    • Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care setting.
    • Current CPR certification.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
    1. Performs comprehensive assessments of client status.
    2. Develops individualized care plans.
    3. Provides skilled interventions to achieve client outcomes.
    PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

    This position requires activities such as assessment, teaching, and medication administration. It also involves maintaining safety and promoting a safe environment for clients and coworkers. Ongoing professional self-development is encouraged.
