- Oversee administration of Clark's Safety, Health and Environmental program
- Set up and conduct safety and health committees.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement overall project specific safety programs.
- Management of project safety managers.
- Monthly audits.
- Training and education.
- Incident investigation and reporting.
- Enforce corporate and project specific safety and health programs as well as federal, state, and local safety standards.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with USACE, OSHA and EPA.
- Assist the Area Safety Director.
- 10+ years of safety experience
- OSHA 30 Hour
- Knowledge of Excavation, Scaffolding, Fall Protection, Hazardous Energy, Confined Space, Health Hazards, PPE
- Able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
- Proof of training/competency in managing crane, electrical, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds, and confined space safety.
- CHST preferred
- CQM Certification preferred
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred
- EM Army Corps of Engineers) work experience
