Position: Mid-Level Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location: Dallas, TX or Tempe, AZ (Hybrid)

Employment Type: W2 Only

Hourly Rate: $40-45/hr on W2

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, or equivalent experience/training.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Engineering and Operations with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster management and containerization.
• Hands-on experience with NGINX Ingress controllers.
• 1-3 years of knowledge working with Linux environments.
• Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, etc.
• Knowledge of web servers such as Nginx, Apache, etc.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Experience with virtual assistance, chat, and IVR systems is a plus.
