    Product Engineer, Sales

    Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST

    Role Overview:

    The Product, Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting the business development, client experience and sales revenues across both the existing CSC DBS customer base, as well as engaging in pre-sales activities connected to the sale of brand protection services by the New Business Team.

    Primary Accountabilities:
    • Support delivering revenue growth within the CSC DBS customer base to help the DBC team exceed their financial targets (Cross Sell)
    • Support delivering revenue growth within the existing BP customer base to help the DBC team exceed their financial targets (Upsell)
    • Support delivering revenue growth within the prospect base to help the BDM teams exceed their financial targets (New Business)
    • Help develop the BP knowledge, subject matter expertise, consultative sales skills and proficiency of the US sales team
    • Help Product Management to monitor customer attrition and mitigate potential issues and cancellations to ensure a continual rise in renewal rates
    • Help Brand & Anti-Fraud team to develop, widen and grow existing client relationships and BP accounts via structured planning and operation of brand protection services;
    • Understand, anticipate and act on industry trends and product/service enhancements to ensure team are positioned well to capitalize on any opportunities/threats
    • Work with marketing and product management to ensure that the Brand Product team has a competitive advantage in regards to suitable Brand Protection product's to sell to the BP client base;
    • Regular reporting on activity and performance to the Global Product Director
    Experience:
    • Strong Presentation Skills
    • Understanding across legal, technical and marketing topics with specific relation to the Brand Protection Services
    • Good sales operations experience
    • An understanding of Consultative Sales Process and Strategic Account Planning
    • Business development and negotiation capabilities
    • Ability to identify strategic opportunities and help create a suitable pitch team
