    **RESPONSIBILITIES**

    **Essential Functions:**

    + Provide analytical support for category management analytics and projects that includes recommendations.

    + Participate in the development and maintenance of client-specific reporting that measures performance against strategies and objectives.

    + Build sales presentations using syndicated data and or other Thought Leadership materials that addresses business issues.

    + Set up and run team meetings with BM and clients to discuss client needs and upcoming projects.

    + Keep abreast of clients KPI's, strategies, innovation, and other important information.

    + Attend monthly sales meetings as needed for each client (remote)

    + Other duties as assigned.

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    **Education Requirements:**

    + Bachelor's Degree (ideal)

    + Related work experience may be substituted for educational requirement.

    + Certification as a Professional Analyst or Category Management is ideal.

    **Work Experience Requirements:**

    + 2+ years related experience.

    **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:**

    + Demonstrate an advanced degree of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. (Experience using Power Query and Power BI is a bonus)

    + Experience extracting and using syndicated data including HHPanel.

    + Clearly and concisely communicate relevant information.

    + Possess powerful storytelling ability to create convincing sales presentations.

    + Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

    + Intellectually curious, creative and have a strong passion for learning.

    + Desire and willingness to help others.

    + Passion for working with Naturalbrands and have willingness to understand the difference between Conventional and Natural brand positioning.

    + Self-motivated and able to work independently.

    + **Responsibilities** Collaboratively work with Acosta Sales team (and at times client sales team) to uncover insights, trends, and shopper behaviors leading to recommendations to help achieve clients KPIs and initiatives.

    + Build tools like dashboards, $Opportunity reports, Post Promotional analysis to create visual representation of performance and opportunity.

    + Act as an indispensable consultative partner and help uncover potential growth opportunities for both client and retailer.

    + Comfortable and confident to present and field questions to customers in a live environment. Be willing to train both clients and sales team on Category Management principles.

    + Understand category management tools including the use of Syndicated Data resources from; SPINS, Circana (IRI) and or Nielsen.

    + Know how to extract and leverage insights from Mintel, Kantar, Dunnhumby and or Numerator.

    + Complete cross-functional projects with other CCI teams to share expertise with retailers not familiar with Natural products brand positioning.

    + Develop templates to speed up or automate processes.
