About the Position:

We are working with a dynamic Chicago boutique litigation firm founded by a former large law firm partner that has an immediate need for a stellar experienced (5+ years) commercial litigation associate to join its busy and sophisticated practice.

· Firm represents clients nationally in a full range of sophisticated commercial matters

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with partners in all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial discovery through trial

· Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs, take and defend depositions, and appear in court

Required Qualifications:

· 5-6 years of complex commercial litigation experience

. Clerkship experience a plus

· Excellent academic credentials
