- Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases, from inception to resolution
- Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
- Take depositions of plaintiffs and other key witnesses
- Interact with opposing counsel to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
- Provide direct client representation and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with trial preparation and potentially serve as 1st or 2nd chair in trials
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
- 3-6 years of experience in civil litigation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

While 1st/2nd chair trial experience is a plus, it is not a requirement.
